About the Firm
- Alan Miles, the principal of the firm, has been in the legal recruiting business since 1986, placing attorneys in law firms and corporations throughout California.
- Alan had a different vision from most of his competitors, the most important being that we do not compete internally, rather, opportunity-related information is shared among us.
- Some of the corporations he has placed attorneys with include Panamsat Corporation, TRW Space and Electronics Group, Whittaker Corp., and Twentieth Century Fox.

Your Role
- Working as part of the existing team focusing on partner/partner designate moves for law firm clients in California.
- Opportunity to contribute to strategic decisions and growth of the business
- Immediate exposure to blue chip clients at the most senior levels working on the broad range of business relationships which founder enjoys, as well as developing others both through own network and new marketing initiatives
About the Candidate
- Trained as an attorney or as a human resources person with experience in handling recruitment matters for their firm
- Ideally (but this is not a prerequisite) some previous exposure to the legal search industry
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Initiative and the ability to motivate (both self and others)
- Good eye for business opportunities
- Enthusiasm and constant energy
