Intellectual Property - We have local leadership positions with thriving national patent litigation practices in Los Angeles and San Francisco, for Patent Litigation Partners who have a significant client base. Our clients have attractive situations for IP litigation groups desiring to join national firms expanding their IP practices in San Diego, Los Angeles, and the Silicon Valley. We also have specific needs in San Francisco and Orange County for patent prosecutors and litigators with minimum $1 million portable book of business. We have one unusual search for patent litigation partners who will not need any portable business of their own.

Tax - Boutique on the West side of LA needs Tax Partner with federal and state tax experience. Should have a portable book of business between $300-400K. Billing rate must be at least $300 per hour.

Entertainment - Entertainment transactional Partner, must have minimum of $500K portable book of business to help expand growing entertainment practice of a West side boutique.

Litigation - Partners with at least $750K in portable business for various opportunities.

Banking and Finance - We have been retained by an international law firm looking for a Banking & Finance Partner with a portable book of business of $1.5million. Billing rate must be at least $450 per hour. Our client is known to have one of the strongest finance practices in the country. Average profits per equity partner were in excess of $850K in 2002, and they project profits per partner in 2003 to be around $950K.

Corporate - Corporate M+A/ Securities transactional Partner to lead the LA corporate practice of an internationally prominent firm. Should have minimum of $1million in portable business. Will be asked to service two major clients of the firm that have significant matters which need immediate attention. A terrific ground floor opportunity.
